Brian at Royal Oaks has been great to work with. He’s been respectful, upfront, and really took the time to keep me in the loop. I never felt brushed off, and I appreciated how he handled everything on the dealership side. My frustration isn’t with Brian or Royal Oaks, it’s with GM. They replaced the transmission in my 2014 Spark under a special coverage program a couple years ago, and now it’s failing again after less than 25,000 miles. I was offered a generic 10% discount towards a new transmission, but that doesn’t do much when you’re just trying to keep your current car on the road. I wish there had been more support from GM, or that the dealership had a little more flexibility to help. Still, I’m grateful for how Brian handled things, and I’m hoping there’s a better resolution ahead.

Had appointment on Saturday May 24, arrived 10 minutes before appointment and waited past 8 A.M. and nobody showed up. Then on Tuesday May 27th I was at my second appointment. The men’s restroom was filthy. The estimate to service the transmission was incomplete and not accurate. The service sticker in windshield was not replaced and the mileage reminder on dash not reset. Not a good experience

Went for oil change and tire rotation, after 2 hours I asked what's going on, they said a recall update , 15 min later said was done but no car was was done but was on paperwork, 10 min later washed and returned and discovered lights on dashboard not working , they said they needed to disconnect battery for 20-30 min to reset back to factory settings.greg manager said sorry and will make it right next time . After 2hr 45 minutes later I left and have to do reset myself. It would have been a courtesy to tell me an update at any point instead of having to ask ... so no courtesy,no wash and no resetting computer says unprofessional service , pretty sad . My 3rd new vehicle from chevrolet. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!

We will say right away that our salesperson, Hunter, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The key problem and the prices we were given were not his fault. I would rate him 5 stars. Unfortunately, the dealership as a whole would be 1 star after this experience. Averaging it out to 2 stars because the problems were huge ones. 1. The first person to offer us price, trade-in value, etc. (can't remember his name) wrote down the truck's price as approx $7,000 over the internet listed price. I had to show him the listing. He asked if that was a screenshot on my phone and I showed him that, no, it was their own internet listing right at that moment which was the same price since I first looked at the listing that morning. 2. When going to sign paperwork, the price was wrong again... approx $1,000 too high. It had to be corrected again. We were close to not purchasing at that moment. 3. After signing all the paperwork and being committed to purchase and as we were walking out to the truck we *thought* that we had just purchased, we were told that the truck we test-drove was NOT the truck we had just purchased. As we understand it, there was a mix-up with the keys and they were labeled incorrectly. Before we got there, Hunter was given the wrong key. So we purchased a truck that we had never test-drove. By then it was late, after closing hours, we had been there for hours, and already signed. We didn't know what else to do but accept the other truck. Hunter gave us 2 years in free oil changes at that point. There were other things we wanted, like a bed liner and bed cover but that was refused early on and we were told it was because the dealership was already honoring the internet price. Frankly, the dealership should always be doing that anyway. We can't really express what a poor experience this was. We now wonder if we can trust this dealership to even do proper oil changes. The dealership is lucky to at least have Hunter who tried his best through all of this. We went back the next day to give him the title for our trade-in and he had the truck detailed since everything was closed by the time we left the night before.

Eric Alexander, service associate, took really good care of me once again. He arranged for my 2024 Blazer to be looked at and diagnosed and also followed up on my purchase of a Tesla charging adapter with GM points. He gets an A+. Unfortunately, the Blazer OnStar module replacement problem went unresolved. The part is on back order with no ETA! This part is critical to the full operation and enjoyment of the vehicle. Worryingly, it is central to the safety system. Additionally, it IS the communication link with the MyChevrolet app and its services.

My wife and I both though when we were dealing for the new Trailblazer which was at another dealer location, we were dealing for a new 2026 Trailblazer. The dealer invoice window sheet was not available to us and put us at a real disadvantage. I asked for the MSRP on the car we were dealing on, and I was shown a written number by the salesman. I still have never been shown the actual MSRP on this vehicle. When the girl applied for our loan, she put used on the car instead of new which it is which obviously makes the interest rate higher. There were many things that made me feel as though I was not being dealt with totally honestly. I was not given but one piece of paper on the lifetime drivetrain warranty which does not make me feel very comfortable. My hope is that some of this was not a misrepresentation of the car and sale but rather a misunderstanding on some part. I feel that Royal Oaks should do something to rectify this.

Phone reservation I was told oil change and tire rotation free. It ended up being free but not without first being told I would be there until closing since I had aluminum wheels. Then they were going to send me to a tire shop for rotation which would definitely cost me. I questioned everything. Finally they said they would get me out by 4. I was actually done around 12:30. The receipt showed a car wash which I didn’t receive nor was I talked to about one.

My overall experience was absolutely terrible. I was lied to and miscommunicated with on multiple occasions. I was told six different time that my vehicle would be complete by this time and date to have it extended each time with little no communication as to why? I pulled in to the dealership in Paducah Kentucky on October 8th and 10 mins later I needed a new engine? little to no diagnostics on the engine or why it failed was provided. When I inquired what happened I was told they were approved to put in a new engine and they wouldn't break into to the motor to know what happened and that it would be sent back to GM for further evaluation. I'd like to know what happened to that motor and if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening again!? I should have been provided a rental car to move around or take myself home the first on second day I was in Paducah. One wasn't offered to me until the start of the third week. Which I declined cause I didn't know anything about it and id been successfully using nike express for two weeks what possible good could it have been by then? and who is paying for it?? I was provided a case working and reference number which added to the miscommunication on multiple occasions she wouldn't respond to my emails or phone calls and again she also told me my vehicle would be complete by the 23rd of October. That date came to pass, and I was told by whoever finally answered the phone at the service desk the tech said "it's the same as he told him yesterday it be done this afternoon or Monday" which no one told me the day before because no one answered or return my phone calls! When the vehicle was finally completed no one was available to shuttle me back to the dealership and I walked/jogged two miles to pick-up my truck before they closed for the day. (insult to injury) As a small business owner/operator, I bought this Chevy to make money and it's the backbone of my operation. I've Been a Chevy guy my entire life and will not purchase another one in my lifetime!

They charged us over MSRP for the vehicle and stated it was because the vehicles are in high demand which is understandable to an extent.
